AVUS Racing stands for excellence and passion. With a prestigious past as a supplier to renowned Formula 1 teams and other minor competitions, AVUS Racing is today a registered trademark of RVS, an Italian company specializing in the production of lightweight alloy wheels. Founded in 1979 in Castelfranco Veneto, RVS stands out for its fully internalized production process, ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage. RVS is certified by the German TÜV Rheinland according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards and produces AVUS Racing alloy wheels—synonymous with safety, performance, and design. These aspects fully meet the expectations of those seeking reliability, high performance, and distinctive style.

When eyes behold those clean, harmonious, and bold lines, it's as if, for an instant, the world around stops. Those lines tell a story; they speak of elegance, perfection, and passion. They hold an allure that captivates, as if that object reflects something you've unconsciously been seeking, a confirmation of your unique and unmistakable style.
You approach it closely, and at that moment, every detail speaks of care, precision, and uncompromising vision. There is something about that design that makes you feel comfortable, because what you see isn’t just an object—it's character, a concrete expression of authentic taste; it's style.
A sensation of pleasure arises within you, growing as you imagine how that product will enhance what you love. You already know it will speak about you and your unique way of being, and you feel every detail will attract admiration, each glance catching that touch of class.
This intense, profound emotion makes a design product unforgettable, the same emotion our designers and engineers feel when crafting an AVUS wheel, a masterpiece of style designed to reflect your personality and passions.

The production of AVUS Racing alloy wheels is a highly sophisticated process integrating engineering know-how, advanced technologies, and rigorous controls to achieve products of outstanding safety, performance, and quality. It all begins in the design phase, using advanced tools such as FEM (Finite Element Method) simulations, analyzing wheel responses to dynamic stresses, impacts, and static loads, eliminating potential weak points early on. Next, aluminum alloy is melted and poured into steel molds. At this stage, the wheels undergo machining with computer-controlled numerical machines (CAM), capable of producing complex geometries with minimal tolerances and absolute fidelity to the original design. The wheels must then pass various quality checks: X-ray tests to detect internal defects, rotating bending tests simulating dynamic stresses, impact tests verifying resistance to sudden shocks, and dimensional checks ensuring required precision. Finally, diamond cutting and powder coating enhance aesthetics and provide corrosion protection, ensuring every AVUS wheel maintains an impeccable appearance over time.
